The box may arrive worse for wear. In an effort to reduce waste, the shoes are shipped directly in their eco-friendly packing. You can expect anything from a less-than-perfect to a rather beat-up box.

Our apologies, the whole world is working on it.

About the smell; When opening the box, the shoes will have a strong glue-like smell. Duh... cuz they were made fresh for you! Unpack and air out. The "new shoe smell" will dissipate in a few days.

We love you all for putting up with the hiccups of made-for-you.
