How can there be no returns?
We love you for choosing our made-for-you (made-to-order) stuff and hope you'll understand our No Return Policy
The made-to-order business model addresses the crisis of overproduction. Once you place an order the fulfillment process begins. This involves the allocation of resources, time, and labor to produce an item for which, by design, there is no inventory to make an exchange or to return your item to.
We absolutely stand behind the quality of our products and happily replace defective or damaged items.
What happens if I receive a defective or damaged item?
That's never good! Of course we stand behind the quality of our products and service. If an item is defective or damaged, we will be happy to replace it.
In the event of an issue with your item contact our Customer Care Team to initiate a Replacement Request. Provide photographs of damage and other details.
How long do I have to submit a Replacement Request?
If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately (within 48 hours after receiving it).

How fast do you deliver?
As fast as we can : )
We do our best to go from order to production of your made for you item as quickly as possible. Our typical delivery time frame is approximately as follows:
12 - 18 days estimated delivery time in off-peak periods
14 - 30 days estimated delivery time in peak periods

Can I upgrade to expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, because we offer free shipping, an expedited choice is not yet available, but we’re working on it. If your order is a gift and can't get to you in time, make use of our downloadable Gift Image to put in a card. [Find the Link in the product description box]
What should I do if it’s past the estimated delivery time and I still haven’t received my order?
If your order’s estimated delivery time has passed, here’s what you do:
1. Wait a bit more. Unfortunately, shipments can get delayed for reasons we can’t predict. We understand it’s frustrating to deal with late shipments, but please remember that our estimated delivery time is just an estimate, not a guarantee.
2. Reach out to the carrier. You can contact the carrier service directly to get information about your shipment.
3. Get in touch with our customer support team [team@happystuff.com.co]. Let us know about your delayed shipment, and we’ll check the latest delivery updates. We may ask you to wait a few more days to receive the order.
Can You deliver orders to a PO Box?
Sorry, we are unable to deliver to a P.O. Box, we can only deliver to a physical address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer Free Shipping globally (how great is that?), please check product Shipping Information for eligible countries and exemptions.
Can I track the status of my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress and estimated delivery date of your shipment.
What if my order gets lost in the mail?
Well, that’s not good. First, confirm that your shipping tracking number has indicated delivered. If not, please be patient and wait a little longer. If you have received a delivery notification but you do not have your order, first reach out to the delivery company and make a claim. Also, please feel free to reach out to our Customer Care Team [team@happystuff.com.co] and we will be happy to help.
Are all products in an order shipped together?
Some of our products come individually packaged to protect their shape and provide extra durability In some cases, we may fulfill products from the same order in different facilities, which means they’ll be shipped separately. We always endeavour to manufacture and ship from the closest production facility/facilities and send items together.
How do I use my discount code?
Wait, what? You got a discount code? Lucky you ; ) Simply enter the Promo (discount) code, in the provided space in the order summary of your shopping cart. The discount will be applied to your cart subtotal. You can then proceed to the checkout page to complete your payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
Which don't we??? Payment methods include: American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Master Card, PayPal, Shop Pay, and Visa. Our checkout process is secure and encrypted to ensure the safety of your personal and financial information.
Can I make changes or modifications to my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately no. The moment your order is placed we start the process of producing your item and fulfilling your order. For this reason, we ask that you are certain before you place an order. If it's a gift and you're not sure you can always purchase a Gift Card.
What if my item doesn't fit?
If you receive an item that is a different size than you ordered, we will happily replace it.

What if I get the size wrong?
We always ask that you make use of our size charts before ordering because the product is being made for you and we can not offer returns or refunds.
Every product has fit recommendations, size charts or diagrams to help you choose correctly. Measure twice, order once.
What if I am unsure about sizing?
We provide detailed sizing charts, fit descriptions and guidelines to help you accurately determine your size. Our shoes are true to US sizing but if you’re unsure, we have an easy, accurate measuring method to determine the right size for you. Simply measure your bare foot from heal to toe in either inches or centimetres and match it to the size chart. Find the size charts on each product page. If it's for a gift, consider a Gift Card.
How do your shoes fit?
Our shoes fit true to size in US standard sizing and you will be ordering a US size. It's easy to find your perfect fit by using the size chart and matching the corresponding country of your choice with the US size.
How do I know my shoe size?
Great question. Our shoes are true to US sizing, but if you’re unsure, we have a simple measuring method to determine the right size for you. Simply measure your bare foot from heal to toe in either inches or centimetres and check the corresponding country sizing of your choice. Find the size charts on each product page.
Sustainability & Other Stuff
Where do I find the gift image?

How is made-to-order more sustainable than conventional manufacturing?
Traditional retailers produce items before putting them up for sale, so they’re always manufactured in bulk to save money. In contrast, we only produce products when an order is placed. This lets us avoid the overproduction that is widespread in the rest of the industry. Unsold stock is usually thrown out or burned, with fashion retailers alone wasting 92 million tons of textile each year.
Our fulfillment: Direct-to-garment (DTG) printing is more sustainable than other more outdated apparel printing methods such as screen printing. Not only does screen printing use a lot of water and plastisol inks that don’t biodegrade, but it’s also generally used for bulk orders, which leads to overproduction. In comparison, DTG printing is more eco-friendly because items get printed only when they’re ordered, and this method can be used for single-item printing.
Do you use recycled packaging?
We are gradually moving to 90%–100% PCR plastic packaging for apparel products in our in-house facilities all over North America. (PCR) plastics (packaging made of post-consumer recycled products) are made from items people recycle every day, like plastic bags and bottles. Most of our PCR plastics are made from shopping bags and wrapping films.
We use PCR plastic packaging for all apparel orders shipped from our in-house facilities. PCR packaging protects the products just as well as virgin plastic bags, and they look almost the same. However, choosing PCR over virgin plastics reduces the environmental impact plastic has on our planet. We know there’s still a lot left to do about our packaging footprint, and we’ll keep exploring greener options for the future.
Will you switch to plastic-free packaging?
Currently, we can’t eliminate all plastic from our packaging, but we’re working on more sustainable versions of our packaging that wouldn’t sacrifice any of its protective properties.
We’re constantly striving to make changes to reduce our environmental impact: We use as much recycled material as possible.
Are your products shipped sustainably?
Around 81% of our orders are delivered within the same region they’re fulfilled in. Having fulfillment centres close to our customers is good for both the business and the planet. Strategically located fulfillment centres allow for faster shipping times and lower shipping costs, and it also helps with reducing CO₂ emissions produced when transporting orders.
Products available in the same region are shipped together whenever possible. This is much better for the environment.
